Since April 2014, Excellus Solutions awarded 20+ task orders to provide technology training to Air Force personnel at CONUS and OCONUS location.
Sep 2015: AFLCMC/HBBA AOC WS Engineering Maintenance Support and Modernization of Radio Systems and Modernization of Radio Distribution System (RDS)
Excellus Solutions is fulfilling the requirement for the Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Battle Management Directorate (AFLCMC/HBBA) for engineering, maintenance and support of Radio Systems as well as modernization of the the Radio Distribution System architecture within the Air Operations Center Weapon System (AOC WS). Scope of Work includes:

Sep 2015: AMC/A4T Remote Manifesting Resolution Center Support (RMRC) at Scott AFB
Excellus Solutions, LLC is fulfilling the Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command (AMC), Air Mobility Command Directorate of Operations' (AMC/A4T) requirement for contractor support at the AMC Transportation Data Processing Center (DPC) for the duration of five years. Program Includes:
- Employ computer systems, programs, and tools, to include but not limited to, Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) Component Billing System (DCBS), Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), Integrated Development Environment GTN Conveyance (IGC), and Global Decision Support System (GDSS)
- Identify, analyze, trouble-shoot and resolve interface issues concerning applicable Automated Information Systems (AIS)
- Manage the DPC, the focal point for data collection, input, analysis, presentation, and record keeping of manifesting activities at all AMC designated Aerial Port sites as directed by HQ AMC
- Facilitate overall process improvement for data collection, input, analysis, presentation and record keeping processes at Air Terminal Records and Reports functions world-wide
- Develop and present briefings

ITW/AA enterprise is to provide timely, accurate and unambiguous warning of air, missile, and space attacks against North America to the U.S. President, Prime Minister of Canada, Chairman Joint Chief of Staff, Combatant Commands and other forward users ITW/AA is composed of Air, Space and Missile Warning Missions, with sensors and forward users located worldwide, and correlation centers at Peterson AFB (PAFB), Cheyenne Mountain AFS (CMAS), Offutt AFB (OAFB) and Vandenberg AFB (VAFB).

Apr 2014: AFLCMC/HIAR Weapon System Management Information System Operations and Maintenance (WSMIS)
Excellus Solutions, LLC is fulfilling the Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management (AFLCMC), Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate, Logistics Readiness Branch's (AFLCMC/HIAR) requirement for Weapon System Management Information System (WSMIS) Operations and Maintenance. Duration of this contract is of five years. WSMIS systems provide standard automated Air Force (AF) decision support and operational support tools that compute and assess wartime requirements, and provide the capability to view impacts of logistic readiness on wartime capabilities
Program Includes:
- Maintenance and sustainment of WSMIS modules/systems
- Integration and migration of WSMIS modules/systems with other Air Force IT activities and initiatives including, but not limited to, the Global Combat Support System - Air Force (GCSS-AF) framework, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and GCSS-AF Data Services warehouse
- Support of the transition of WSMIS modules/systems/functions to the Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS), potentially including such activities as data mapping and development of interfaces

Excellus Solutions, LLC is fulfilling this IT support services and network management for the Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command (ACC), USAF Warfare Center, 57th Wing at Nellis AFB for the period of four years.
Nov 2013: HQ AMC/A4PI Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
Excellus Solutions, LLC is fulfilling the United States Air Force (USAF), Mobility Air Force (MAF), Air Mobility Command (AMC) Directorate of Logistics, Resources and Integration Division, Logistics Information Systems Integration Branch (HQ AMC/A4PI) requirement for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for five years duration at Scott AFB, IL.
We manage the sustainment and modernization of G081 suite of tools to ensure compliance with provided DOD, USTRANSCOM, AF, AMC strategic guidance and policies/mandates. Implement strategic guidance and provide integrated logistics support for the G081 Program Office and along with it we reduced aircraft ground time, increase aircraft through-put velocity and improve mission capable rates.
June 2013: AFLCMC Theater Medical Information Program Air Force (TMIP-AF)
Excellus Solutions LLC is fulfilling this Theater Medical Information Program-AF requirement for the Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) for CONUS and OCONUS location with five year duration under the NETCENTS-2 Application Services Small Business IDIQ vehicle.
TMIP-AF is part of the Medical Information Systems Branch that is supporting the Air Force Surgeon General's strategic initiative to provide the Air Force with medical service support and solutions for medical Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT). Excellus Solutions will be supporting the TMIP-AF program office to fulfill its mission to provide patient care to warfighters at all levels in theater. The team will work to improve services for those at deployed locations, administering system software, hardware, lifecycle management support services, and integration engineering. These tasks help generate automated, accurate medical information including medical logistics, blood management, patient regulation and evacuation, medical threat and intelligence, health care delivery, manpower and training, and medical capabilities assessment and sustainability analysis, delivering the best care to warfighters, wherever they are located.

June 2018: Excellus Solutions has been awarded a contract to provide Information Technology Sustainment Services for the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Technical Training Management System (TTMS) at Randolph AFB TX. The support services includes system hardware and software maintenance and upgrades, system enhancements, customer support, and security accreditation for the TTMS suite of applications. Excellus Solutions awarded a contract to provide subject matter expertise for 17 programs within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) HIAR and HIAM program management offices for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Excellus Solutions will provide functional and technical subject matter expertise to gather and analyze requirements to solve user problems and achieve program goals.
